Bartender / Mixiologist

About this role

A full-time Bartender/Mixiologist is needed in Abuja to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. The role focuses on creating cocktails, maintaining bar standards, delivering quality customer service, and ensuring a welcoming bar environment. The position reports to the Bar Supervisor within the Food and Beverage department. Domeo Resources International provides HR and management consultancy solutions and operates in Abuja.

What you would do

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
• Create innovative cocktails and assist with beverage menus when required.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Handle POS transactions and customer billing accurately.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
