West Swiss Hotel in Abuja is seeking a Bartender via Domeo Resources International (DRI) to join its Food & Beverage team. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar, managing stock, and delivering professional guest service.
What you would do
- Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Set up the bar before service and ensure availability of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive bar area during service.
- Monitor bar inventory and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with waiters, restaurant staff, kitchen staff, and the F&B supervisor to ensure smooth service.
- Process guest bills and payments using the POS system.
What they are asking for
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO.
- 1 - 3 years' experience as a Bartender, Bar Attendant, or similar role.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, club, or reputable bar is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
