What you would do
- Greet guests at the bar and take beverage orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standards
- Mix cocktails, mocktails, coffees, teas, and other beverages as required
- Ensure correct measurements, garnishes, glassware, and presentation
- Process bills and payments where authorised
- Verify guest ages where required and comply with alcohol service rules
- Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and work areas
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
- Store beverages and supplies securely and assist with stock-taking
- Coordinate with restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and attend briefings as required
