What you would do
- Follow rules for responsible alcohol service and escalate concerns to the supervisor.
- Enter or verify orders through the POS and serve drinks accurately and promptly.
- Record receipts, requisitions, breakages and wastage and participate in stock counts.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, safe storage and daily equipment checks.
- Set up the bar, prepare garnishes and check beverage and glassware availability.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails and other drinks using approved recipes and measured portions.

- Cocktail and mocktail skills, numeracy, guest communication and stock-control discipline.
