What you would do
- Set up the bar and prepare garnishes
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails and other drinks using approved recipes
- Enter or verify orders through the POS and serve drinks promptly
- Follow company rules for responsible alcohol service and escalate concerns
- Maintain bar cleanliness and safe storage
- Keep daily equipment checks and bar upkeep
- Record receipts, requisitions, breakages and wastage
- Participate in stock counts
- Ensure accuracy of beverage and glassware availability
- Assist with stock control and related records
