What you would do
- Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea and other beverages according to standards
- Operate the POS accurately and coordinate drink service with the floor team
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other bar orders after training
- Clean coffee equipment and report faults or maintenance needs
- Record beverage ingredients, milk usage, wastage and stock movements
- Maintain hygiene and orderly work area
- Support bar-service duties as required
- Monitor and adjust recipes to maintain consistency
- Follow approved standards for presentation and quality
- Assist with inventory and stock control as needed
