What you would do
- Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea and other approved beverages
- Adjust preparation to approved standards and maintain consistency
- Clean coffee equipment and report faults or maintenance needs
- Support cocktails, mocktails and general bar orders after training
- Use the POS accurately and coordinate drink service with the floor team
- Record beverage ingredients, milk usage, wastage and stock movements
- Maintain hygiene and safe handling of food and drink items
- Report stock needs and contribute to stock control
- Assist with bar duties as required
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service
