What you would do
- Monitor crane and vessel performance and provide updates on vessel progress
- Support vessel turnaround activities to minimise delays
- Record and maintain vessel and cargo information accurately
- Coordinate and manage vessel-related documentation and real-time updates
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for operational records
- Follow safety rules and procedures at all times
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents
- Support safe lifting practices and load-limit compliance
- Communicate operational information to relevant teams
- Assist in planning and coordinating yard and vessel operations as needed
