Banking Software Implementation & Support Intern

What you would do

• Assist with client onboarding including data entry and configuration checks
• Support triage and first-line troubleshooting of tickets under supervision
• Help prepare training materials and documentation for client staff
• Sit in on client implementation sessions to learn deployment lifecycle
• Assist with QA/testing of new features before client rollout
• Participate in testing of configurations and integrations
• Contribute to knowledge base and client education materials
• Support with issue tracking and reporting to supervisors
• Collaborate with Implementation & Support Officer on daily tasks
• Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes

• Recent graduate (BSc/HND) in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
• Some knowledge of accounting principles (double-entry, GL, reconciliation) is a strong plus
• Interest in banking/fintech software; coding experience is a bonus but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients
• Detail-oriented, reliable and eager to learn
• Based in Lagos or able to work on-site
• Ability to work in a structured internship environment
• Willingness to learn about core banking platforms
