Banking Software Implementation and Support Intern

What you would do

• Attend client implementation sessions to learn the deployment lifecycle
• Help prepare training materials and client documentation
• Assist with QA and testing of new features before rollout
• Triage support tickets and perform first-line troubleshooting under supervision
• Assist with client onboarding tasks such as data entry, configuration checks and testing
