What you would do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail clients through strong service delivery.
• Guide customers on bank products, lending options, account requirements, and banking processes with compliance in mind.
• Conduct financial needs assessments to identify suitable banking solutions.
• Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the product suite.
• Drive deposit mobilisation and work towards liability and revenue targets.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio while maintaining portfolio quality and risk standards.
• Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers via business development, networking, and referrals.
• Actively contribute to portfolio growth and revenue expansion.
