What you would do

• Build, maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through service excellence.
• Guide customers on bank products, lending solutions, and banking processes with policy compliance.
• Conduct financial needs assessments for new and existing customers.
• Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the bank's products.
• Drive deposit mobilisation across savings, current, fixed deposit and investment products.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio while maintaining risk and portfolio quality.
• Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers via business development, networking and referrals.
• Achieve liability and revenue targets for the portfolio.
• Expand relationships to maximise product penetration and portfolio value.
• Support portfolio growth objectives through proactive relationship management.
