Bank & Invoice Reconciliation Executive

About this role

A full-time Bank and Invoice Reconciliation Executive based in Ogun, responsible for maintaining and reconciling bank records, customer receipts, and supplier payments across Fleet and Fumigation operations. The role supports cross-functional teams and ensures proper documentation and audit trails for accurate financial reporting.

What you would do

• Record daily bank receipts and payments accurately
• Allocate customer receipts to invoices and accounts
• Record supplier payments against invoices and supporting documents
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain reconciliation schedules
• Maintain invoice-wise customer collection records and support statements reconciliations
• Liaise with Operations, Fleet and Fumigation teams to obtain supporting documents and resolve discrepancies

What they are asking for

• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Experience in reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable or banking operations
• Knowledge of Tally ERP or similar software
• Strong Excel skills and reconciliation abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and record-keeping abilities
