A full-time Bank and Invoice Reconciliation Executive based in Ogun (Ibafo), Lagos area, responsible for recording and reconciling bank transactions, supplier payments, and customer receipts for Fleet and Fumigation operations. What you would do

• Record daily bank receipts and payments for Fleet and Fumigation operations
• Maintain up-to-date banking transaction records
• Investigate unresolved or duplicate transactions
• Record supplier and vendor payments against invoices and supporting documents
• Allocate customer receipts to invoices and accounts
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain reconciliation schedules

• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, or banking operations
