About this role
A bakery seeks a Bakery Operations and Administrative Manager to support production, retail, and staff operations in Kubwa, Abuja. The role targets candidates with bakery, food-service or retail operations experience and supervisory skills, able to manage processes and customer issues while ensuring quality and hygiene.
What you would do
- Coordinate daily production, retail sales and staff deployment
- Manage rosters, attendance, employee records and onboarding
- Monitor purchasing, waste and operating costs
- Resolve customer issues and prepare operational reports
- Oversee quality, hygiene and service standards
- Support related departments as needed
