A reputable bakery in Kubwa, Abuja is seeking a Bakery Operations and Administrative Manager to oversee production, retail activity and staff administration, while ensuring product quality and service standards. The role targets candidates with strong leadership and experience in bakery, food-service or retail operations and whose duties may include coordinating teams, managing rosters and operational costs, and handling customer issues.
What you would do
- Coordinate daily production, retail sales and staff deployment
- Manage rosters, attendance and onboarding of employees
- Monitor purchasing, waste and operating costs
- Resolve customer issues and prepare operational reports
- Oversee staff records and onboarding processes
- Support related departments as needed

- HND or BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Science or related field, or substantial practical experience
