What you would do
- Develop and execute daily production plans based on orders and forecasts
- Allocate duties, monitor output, and address delays
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to meet orders and targets
- Foster a culture of quality and ensure products meet standards
- Identify and address causes of defects and complaints
- Lead and develop bakers, decorators, and production staff
- Set performance expectations and address underperformance
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the Inventory Officer on stock
- Monitor costs, waste, and efficiency to reduce losses
- Produce and submit daily production reports and summaries
