What you would do
- Develop and execute daily production plans based on orders and forecasts
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to meet delivery targets
- Allocate tasks, monitor output, and address delays
- Ensure products meet taste, appearance, portion size, freshness, and packaging standards
- Identify and address production defects and customer complaints
- Lead and develop bakery staff and maintain discipline and performance
- Work with Inventory to monitor stock and prevent interruptions
- Control costs and reduce waste through efficient use of resources
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across production areas
- Submit daily production reports and track key metrics
