An Abuja-based fast-growing restaurant in Wuse 2 is hiring a full-time Baker & Decorator. The role is for candidates with strong baking and cake-decoration skills and 4–7 years of professional experience, on a 1 day on / 1 day off schedule (about 15 days per month). It involves baking and decorating, ensuring quality and hygiene, and completing customer orders.
What you would do
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products.
- Decorate cakes professionally according to customer requirements.
- Prepare and work with buttercream, fondant, fillings, and toppings.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic baking area.
- Complete customer orders accurately and on schedule.
