What you would do
- Bake cakes and decorate in line with recipes and specifications.
- Prepare and produce a range of pastries with consistent quality and taste.
- Execute cake designs based on customer requirements or provided references.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety throughout baking processes.
- Collaborate with bakery team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Support with additional bakery tasks or extended hours when required.
