What you would do
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery
- Handle and store ingredients and baking equipment properly
- Monitor baking temperatures and timing for consistent quality
- Knead, shape, proof, and bake different types of bread
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Keep baking equipment and work areas clean
- Minimise wastage and use ingredients efficiently
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Perform other baking-related duties as assigned
