What you would do

• Develop and update REST APIs and SQL queries for Evolve services.
• Agree API contracts with frontend engineers and maintain accurate OpenAPI documentation for changed endpoints.
• Build features and fixes in Java and Spring Boot per designs and acceptance criteria.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests covering normal, boundary, and failure cases.
• Collaborate with QA to reproduce defects and verify fixes.
• Submit small, reviewable changes through Git branches and pull requests.
• Explain approaches, apply feedback, and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Investigate requirements with engineers, Product, and QA before implementation.
• Estimate tasks, communicate progress, and raise blockers or risks early.
• Support release preparation and deployment checks under guidance.
