B2B Sales Lead
About this role
A B2B Sales Lead role based in Lagos for a client in the retail and corporate gifting space. The position targets proactive, high-value corporate deals and involves leading a sales team while meeting revenue targets for both gifting contracts and a SaaS platform.
What you would do
- Build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and field visits in Lagos.
- Identify and pitch to key corporate decision-makers to close complex sales cycles.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets for SaaS subscriptions and gifting contracts.
- Sell both the corporate gifting products and the internal SaaS platform through live demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using the CRM and track activity and conversions.
- Transition closed accounts to account management while maintaining relationships for upsells and strategic partnerships.

- 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
- Experience managing and nurturing private, C-suite level accounts.
- Experience selling software/SaaS with ability to demonstrate technical products.
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating leads and closing high-ticket B2B deals.
- Existing network of HR and Procurement professionals in Lagos is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) and presentation software.
