Automation, Smart Building and Technology Integration Specialist
About this role
Casalavoro Limited is looking for an Automation, Smart Building and Technology Integration Specialist to manage installation, integration, maintenance and troubleshooting of smart building and hospitality technology systems in Abuja. The role targets candidates with experience in multi-vendor technology integration, smart buildings, automation and related IT/AV systems.
What you would do
- Maintain system documentation, equipment records, service reports and vendor deliverables.
- Install and integrate smart-home/building automation, IoT, and related devices (Alexa, Google Home, Zigbee, lighting, sensors).
- Configure enterprise Wi‑Fi, switches, VLANs, routing, IP addressing and network segmentation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and integration issues.
- Install and support home theatre, cinema/AV, Android TV, Google TV and entertainment systems.
- Coordinate elevator maintenance, OEMs, contractors and third‑party technology vendors; assist with PMS integration, RFID/smart-card locks, access control and smart-room systems; provide client training.
What they are asking for
- Degree or HND in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
- Experience with multi‑vendor technology integration is an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience in smart buildings, automation, IoT, networking, hospitality technology, AV or system integration.
- Strong troubleshooting, networking, vendor management and technical documentation skills.
