Audit Semi Senior Officer
About this role
An established financial services firm in Lagos is recruiting for an Audit Semi Senior Officer. The role targets candidates with a social science degree and some auditing experience, with ICAN in view as an asset.
What you would do
- Assist in performing audit procedures
- Prepare audit documentation and working papers
- Support senior auditors in fieldwork and reporting
- Contribute to client communications and issue resolution
- Assist with tax and assurance engagements as needed
- Maintain compliance with firm procedures and standards
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND in any social science with at least second class lower or lower credit
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an auditing firm (advantageous)
- ICAN certification in view (preferred)
- ATS II or ATS III completed (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (advantageous)
