About this role

Green Africa is seeking experienced ATR 72-500/600 Captains to join its Lagos-based Flight Operations team. The role involves commanding the aircraft during all normal and abnormal situations to ensure safety and efficient operations, while upholding high professional standards and representing the brand. Captains are responsible for the safety of the aircraft, crew, passengers and cargo, and for maintaining an efficient operation. What you would do

• Command the aircraft during all normal and abnormal situations to ensure safety.
• Maintain and demonstrate high professional standards in all aspects of the role.
• Act as brand ambassador and uphold the corporate image of Green Africa.
• Ensure the safety of the aircraft, crew, passengers and cargo at all times while in command.
• Maintain efficient operation and safety standards across flights.

• ICAO ATPL with ATR 72-500/600 type rating
• First-class medical certificate
• ICAO level 4 English or above
• Minimum of 4000 total flying hours
• At least 1500 airline command hours
• At least 500 hours on the ATR-600 series
• Must have flown within the last 24 months
