About this role

A leadership role in Investment Advisory for the Lagos market, responsible for delivering the strategic agenda to grow revenue, market share and profitability for Investment Services. You will lead the advisory team, collaborate with product groups, and drive client-focused investment solutions for High Net Worth and retail clients managed by Relationship Managers.

What you would do

• Develop and execute marketing and growth plans for Investment Advisory
• Directly engage with clients to identify needs and provide investment services
• Tailor products to meet individual client requirements
• Assess profitability and quality of business, maintaining accurate client interaction records
• Attend client meetings with defined objectives and plans
• Lead and coordinate product experts to deliver appropriate investments to customers
