Associate Pharmacist - Lagos
About this role
Associate Pharmacist role based in Lagos for Reliance HMO, supporting pharmacy operations at our clinics and assisting pharmacists and technicians with dispensing medications and patient counselling.
What you would do
- Read and check prescriptions before dispensing medicines
- Label, package and ensure correct dosing and instructions
- Record prescriptions and manage patient and medication data in the system
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and arranging medicines
- Counsel patients on medicine use, side effects and adherence
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff to ensure timely, safe dispensing and quality care
What they are asking for
- B. Pharm degree from an accredited institution
- Completion or official NYSC exemption
- 0–2 years of clinical experience in clinic, hospital, community or retail settings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
