- Ensure accurate test results through careful testing and double‑checking
- Document results clearly, share with doctors promptly, and organise workflow to maximise efficiency

- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences or BSc in MLS
- Current MLSCN practising licence
- Completed NYSC with discharge certificate or exemption
- Willingness to stay within 10km of the RFC applied for or have easy daily commute
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (desirable)
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) (desirable)
