About this role

A full-time Associate in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets (Advisory) to support origination and execution of corporate, project and infrastructure finance and capital markets transactions in Lagos. The role suits someone with several years in investment banking, private equity, project finance or related advisory work who can model, analyse and prepare advisory materials.

What you would do

• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials and investor presentations
• Support debt and equity capital markets transactions including bonds and private placements
• Prepare papers and recommendations for the CEO and Chairman
• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms and closing processes
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards across engagements
• Develop client relationships and build financial models for transactions and restructurings

What they are asking for

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, infrastructure, asset management or transaction advisory
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Strong three-statement modelling, valuation and financial analysis abilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Bloomberg or similar platform advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or quantitative field
• CFA Level II+, ACA, ACCA or ICAN is an advantage
