Associate, Advisory

About this role

This role is for an Associate in Advisory at Stanbic IBTC, Lagos, supporting deal origination, execution and advisory services for corporate and investment banking clients. It targets candidates with several years of experience in financial analysis, modelling and client documentation who can work across deal stages with guidance from senior team members.

What you would do

• Assist with client engagements and deliver technical components of pitches.
• Develop and update financial models and conduct valuation analyses.
• Prepare deal-related documents such as term sheets, memoranda and engagement letters.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across origination, structuring and execution.
• Maintain internal and client-facing communications across stakeholders to support deal timelines.
• Prepare marketing materials, reports and presentations for client engagements.
