What you would do

• Translate store targets and priorities into daily action plans for supervisors and concept teams.
• Review daily sales, stock availability, shrinkage and labour deployment; drive same‑day corrective action.
• Conduct structured floor walks and verify execution rather than relying on verbal updates.
• Oversee stock availability, replenishment, merchandising and inventory accuracy across concepts.
• Coordinate staffing and shift deployment; coach supervisors on productivity, attendance and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, cash controls and safety requirements, escalating material risks and ensuring timely closure of actions.
