Assistant MEP Manager

What you would do

• Assist the MEP manager in coordinating all MEP department activities
• Identify business opportunities for MEP products and services
• Attend project enquiries from clients and initiate site visits to assess quotations and design
• Coordinate input from vendors and sub-contractors for project execution
• Prepare project cost analyses, programme of work, work method statements, job hazard analyses, shop and as-built drawings
• Oversee ongoing project activities and prepare installation close-out reports
• Organise induction, safety and cost control training for MEP team members and vendors
• Address additional tasks as assigned by the MEP manager
• Ensure revenue growth of MEP business units and achievement of financial targets
• Provide timely site reports and ensure cost accuracy and design satisfaction
