What you would do
- Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily running of the restaurant.
- Supervise staff to ensure customer service and adherence to standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to hit performance targets.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation for quality and hygiene.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, shift planning and attendance management.
- Enforce health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining and kitchen environment.
- Support sales goals through upselling and promotions.
- Generate and submit reports on sales, expenses and staff performance.
