What you would do

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in planning and managing daily housekeeping operations
• Supervise housekeeping supervisors and attendants; coordinate staffing and room assignments
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and standards
• Develop and implement SOPs, schedules, checklists, and quality standards
• Coach and develop staff; monitor attendance, performance and adherence to policies
• Coordinate with other departments and handle escalated guest complaints and safety procedures

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotel or upscale environment
• Prior supervisory or management experience in housekeeping
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene, laundry, linen control and cleaning procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; knowledge of hotel/property management systems is an advantage
