Assistant General Manager, Internal Control

What you would do
- Build the capacity of the Control Officers.
- Maintain zero unposted tickets on a daily basis.
- Ensure daily balancing of all cash and banking transactions.
- Ensure monthly bank reconciliations are completed promptly for all accounts.
- Oversee timely rent and service charge collections upon expiration of rents.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Ensure leasing, accounts, operations and HR staff meet daily and monthly deliverables.
- Produce timely and quality exception reports for the GGM and the company (weekly and monthly).
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the GGM or the company.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, internal control, audit or financial management.
- Experience supervising Internal Control teams and developing Control Officers.
- Strong expertise in cash management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting and fraud prevention.
- Practical experience in managing Internal Control teams.
