Assistant Chief Laboratory Scientist (Kaduna)

What you would do
- Oversee laboratory operations at a senior level and assist the deputy or head in leading the service.

- Support biosafety compliance, audits and quality assurance processes.
- Supervise, support and appraise junior laboratory staff.

- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from a recognised institution.
- Completion of the national internship and NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
- Minimum of eight years of post-registration experience in medical laboratory science, including experience at principal grade or equivalent.
- Experience supervising and supporting junior medical laboratory science staff.
- Experience contributing to quality assurance and service improvement.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary hospital team.
