What you would do

- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily maintenance operations and prioritising tasks.
- Oversee safety, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life safety systems maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor KPIs for engineering performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership on safety procedures and duty manager coverage.
- Supervise external contractors and inspect their work for quality and compliance.
- Lead energy conservation initiatives across the property.
- Respond to guest concerns and emergencies related to facilities and services.
- Utilise the property maintenance management system to verify task completion.
