Asset Performance Manager

About this role

Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited seeks an Asset Performance Manager in Lagos. It is a senior leadership role focused on maximising asset value across the full production value chain through integrated planning and performance management, acting as the single point of integration to ensure plans are delivered and deviations addressed. The role reports functionally to the General Manager Reservoir Development and Strategic Integration and works closely with the COO.

What you would do

• Drive safe, reliable and efficient production and asset value delivery across the full production value chain
• Own the development, integration and delivery of the Asset Development Plan across long-term, mid-term and annual horizons
• Define and govern an asset-wide performance management framework and intervene when performance deteriorates
• Optimise the portfolio and provide decision support to maximise asset value through informed trade-offs
• Manage risk and resilience by identifying, assessing and mitigating risks with contingency planning
• Lead and develop the Asset Performance Team and promote cross-functional collaboration

What they are asking for

• MSc or MBA in Engineering, Business or related field, or a degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; Chartered Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years in upstream oil and gas, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record delivering asset performance across complex upstream assets
• Experience in integrated planning and execution across long-term, mid-term and annual plans
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including JV partners
• Familiarity with digital performance management systems and data analytics; exposure to ESG reporting frameworks and emissions reduction programmes
