Artisan Onboarding Officer

About this role

A contract role for an Artisan Onboarding Officer to identify, register, verify and activate skilled artisans onto the company’s platform, with target-driven monthly earnings based on performance. Based in Lagos, the role involves fieldwork and engagement with artisan groups and communities.

What you would do

• Follow up on incomplete registrations
• Source and engage artisans across assigned locations
• Explain onboarding requirements and support platform activation
• Register and verify artisans and their credentials
• Achieve onboarding and activation targets
• Build relationships with artisan groups, workshops and trade associations

• OND / NCE or equivalent
• Comfortable with field-based work and meeting targets
• Experience in field sales, recruitment, customer acquisition, onboarding or community engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of artisan/trade communities is an advantage
• Smartphone and basic digital skills
