Artisan Onboarding Officer

About this role

A contract role in Lagos for an Artisan Onboarding Officer to identify, register, verify and activate skilled artisans onto the platform. It targets individuals with field-based experience in sales, recruitment or community engagement who can meet onboarding targets.

What you would do

• Source and engage artisans in assigned locations
• Register and verify artisans and their credentials
• Explain onboarding requirements and support platform activation
• Build relationships with artisan groups, workshops and trade associations
• Follow up on incomplete registrations
• Maintain onboarding records and submit weekly reports

• OND/NCE or equivalent
• Experience in field sales, recruitment, customer acquisition, onboarding or community engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field-based work and meeting targets
• Smartphone and basic digital skills
