Area Sales Supervisor (Abuja)

About this role

Area Sales Supervisor for BIC Nigeria based in Abuja. Responsible for managing the Sales Representatives in the assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and drive distribution of BIC products. The role is field-based, focusing on territory development, route planning and relationship management within the Abuja area.

What you would do

• Deliver sales and GP targets for the territory and categories.
• Coach, manage and monitor Sales Representatives through field accompaniment and performance reviews.
• Develop and optimise route/journey plans to maximise territory and outlet coverage.
• Drive numeric and weighted distribution and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers; monitor promotions, merchandising, visibility and new product launches, and provide insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensure stock availability, order generation, delivery follow-up and cash collection.
