About this role
Area Sales Manager position for Lagos, within AXA Mansard, a member of AXA Group. The role oversees sales operations in the area, drives targets, and develops the sales team to deliver retail insurance solutions for customers and advisors.
What you would do
- Analyse financial statements and sales data.
- Achieve sales targets by managing the sales team and meeting KPIs.

- Identify and recruit new channels for Advisors.
- Supervise, train, coach and develop Advisors and Business Managers.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies for life and health insurance products.

- Professional qualifications such as CII, CIIN or similar are advantageous.
