What you would do

• Drive distributor re-orders by ensuring field inventory moves to retail outlets and open markets

• Lead and coach sales representatives and field agents; ensure route discipline and outlet coverage
• Collaborate with marketing to execute trade promotions, activations, visibility, and sampling
• Drive numeric distribution across open markets, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lagos retail corridors and distributor margins while spending substantial time in the field
