The Corporate Area Sales Manager for Dangote in Lagos is responsible for driving bulk cement sales to corporate clients, large-scale projects and key accounts within a defined region. What you would do

• Develop and implement area sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Drive corporate and project-based sales, including major construction firms, developers, and government contracts.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts and lead negotiations for large-volume contracts and framework agreements.
• Lead, manage and coach a team of Corporate Sales Representatives / Key Account Managers with clear targets.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and pricing trends to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery, including demand planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
