About this role
Area Sales Manager to coordinate sales and marketing activities for Medical Sales Reps in Lagos, focusing on business development, detailing, prospecting, clinical presentations and relationship management to meet sales targets.
What you would do
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities for the territory
- Source new customers and manage relationships with existing clients
- Drive intelligence on competitors and market strategies
- Ensure regular reconciliation of customers’ accounts
- Develop strategies to expand product footprint in laboratories, pharmacies and institutions in the territory
- Support and supervise medical sales representatives to achieve targets

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a science-related field
- Minimum of 8 years in sales, marketing or management roles
- Experience in detailing and clinical meeting presentations
- Strong integrity, target orientation and leadership abilities
- Based in Lagos and under 45 years old
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive (where applicable)
