Area Sales Manager
About this role
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for Integrated Dairies Limited. The position focuses on driving sales growth, managing distributor and retail relationships, and expanding market reach for IDL’s dairy products within the assigned territory. It is suited to professionals with experience in sales management and channel management, ideally with exposure to FMCG or dairy sectors.
What you would do
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive growth.
- Monitor sales performance in the assigned territory.
- Supervise and mentor field sales representatives.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and customer insights.
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure product visibility and availability.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to optimise pricing, inventory and customer service.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Strong sales management and business development skills including territory planning, target setting, and performance tracking.
