Area Sales Manager
About this role
Area Sales Manager role based in Enugu for Chez Resources Pharmaceutical Limited. The position leads a Medical Sales Representatives team and drives sales across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ogun State to meet targets.
What you would do
- Lead and coach a team of Medical Sales Representatives to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ogun State.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and distributors.
- Ensure the team achieves sales, volume and prescription targets for assigned products.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Conduct field coaching, product training and sales presentations for the sales team.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory/ASM role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Lagos/Ogun territories.
- Valid driving licence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- NYSC certificate completed.
