Area Sales Manager
About this role
ISN Medical seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, market penetration and customer acquisition within the assigned territory for the Diagnostics Business Unit. Based in Lagos, the role involves managing the territory, forecasting sales, and delivering business development initiatives to help meet targets.
What you would do
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the region.
- Identify, pursue and convert sales opportunities to expand market share.
- Manage and follow up on all sales leads and customer inquiries within the territory.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and periodic reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform strategy and ensure customer satisfaction.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum academic classification: Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
- 5-7 years of progressive sales and business development experience, including 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical or related industry is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics and Microsoft Office; AI-ready skills; ability to drive and travel extensively within the region.
