Area Manager role based in Abuja for Allied Food and Confectionery Services Limited (Burger King). The role involves supervising training, scheduling, audit standards, sales and profitability, as well as people development and inventory controls across assigned restaurants.
What you would do
- Manage training records, materials, calendars and staff development plans.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly schedules and required documentation.
- Maintain and improve QSC, REV, GXI, QA, Training and Finance audit standards across assigned restaurants.
- Drive sales growth and implement local marketing initiatives; monitor P&L and controllable costs.
- Analyse sales performance and identify expansion opportunities.
- Develop people and oversee inventory and controls.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the QSR industry.
- HND/BSc in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Good knowledge of HACCP principles.
